I will be sending the requirements and checklist for each service area. Each Coordinator will be responisible for the following:
a) Review the QEP from last year and ensuring all corrective action is in place, monitored, and adjusted as needed.
b) Ensure all monitoring checklist are complteted and findings reported and adjusted to a new QEP summary that is based on the findings. The information should be presented as part of "self assessment" for each service area.
c) Review the Core Standards; specific service standards and projected service outcomes with all staff. Ensure all staff are familiar and using the EEE and person centered approach as part of every day service delivery.
